I stayed here with 2 teenage boys and they were in heaven here after a week of camping. This was a perfect place to recharge and go hike during the day and come back and relax.

Moab is a tourist location and hotels prices etc reflect that. Do not expect value for money. The scenery and geographic history of the area is spectacular though. I would recommend a visit despite any negative points.

Loved the energy, people, and THE NATURE.
Loved the energy, people, and THE NATURE. Food and shopping were perfect - hiking and tours are incredible! Arches National Park was spectacular - I hope I can go back and camp a couple of nights there. The 4 x 4 Trex Hell's Revenge from Moab Tourism was thrilling, a little scary and fun! Good food - good shopping - good adventures and people.

Great area for outdoor activities and in close proximity to Arches National Park and Canyonlands. If you like hiking you could easily do a 3-5 day trip here to see all the sights; and if you like ATV'ing or off-roading there are plenty of options in this area!

Moab was a lovely little tourist town - a perfect gateway to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks.
There are many cute shops - Indigo Alley was a standout for us. Wonderful selection of clothing, accessories and footwear.
We enjoyed Doughbird for donuts and coffee - they had a vegan chocolate dip donut that was heavenly!
Moab is super walkable, especially if you are able to find accommodations on the main drag.
We had three full days in Moab, most of which were spent hiking and exploring the parks. We could easily have spent another day or two checking out the shops and eateries in town!

We loved the ease of going to the parks.
We loved the ease of going to the parks. The town itself was hosting spring break, but honestly did not affect us at all. The town seemed less crowded during the following week. The parks were not overwhelmingly crowded, the people were very friendly and outgoing. It is a great town, with good restaurants and easy accessibility whether driving, walking or hiking.

We visit Moab every few years for the hiking.
We visit Moab every few years for the hiking. This year we went to mountain bike. Off season(Nov-early March) is best for more solitude. Amazing red rock country with a wide variety of activities for every skill level.
We are Aussies travelling the US. We have been all over with our three kids. this hotel was by far the best one we have stayed in and we have been to many. Staff were so friendly and caring. From the front desk staff to the cleaners. So nice! The facilities were beautiful, breaky was delicious and the kids had a ball eating dinner by the fire and swimming. Our entire stay was 10/10 our only regret is not booking longer!!
The room was large with everything we needed. beds were really comfortable. The room was spotlessly clean. The pool area was nice to relax in after a day hiking in Arches. The hotel was located a short walk away from the restaurants and shops in Moab. Good selection of food/ drinks for breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly too.
We ended up staying in Expedition Lodge in Moab because of its pet-friendly policy. However, I would highly recommend this place to anyone, whether traveling with pets or not, to stay here. I have been to Moab several times, and this is by far the best place in Moab to stay. The location, room, and the breakfast next morning were completely exceeding my expectations.
The staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean. It was nice that it was a new hotel. The hotel sits above the highway so there isn't as much noise and it sits against the beautiful red rock mountain. The location was at the farther end of town but only a minute or two farther from downtown Moab. It was closer to Arches National Park.
By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Professional friendly staff from the front desk to the people serving breakfast to the cleaning staff. Arrived earlier than expected and they still let me check in. Also the location is great. Within minutes of Arches National Park and Moab town.
Excellent location downtown. Beds were comfortable. Good shower pressure. Spacious fridge. Loved the black & white photos in the room depicting early Moab. Hotel employees on the grounds were friendly. Walking distance to Moonflower Co-op & food truck park for quick (& delicious) meals.
The room was spacious and well equipped, we also liked with the spacious bathroom. The hotel is located in central Moab with easy walking distance to bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. We certainly would stay there again and definitely recommend this hotel.
This understated property is top notch in my book. They have the MOST comfortable beds. Pet friendly, laundry facilities, hot tub and walking distance to all of downtown Moab. This was my second stay at the property and it has been consistently 10/10!
VERY GOOD BREAKFAST - scrambled egg, sausages good bread selection, and drinks. Quickly replenished. Better than some of the overhyped hotel. I hope the hotel will keep this.
Easy check in and out
Good value for money in Moab
Hotel is just off Moab main street at the south end. Despite proximity, room was quiet and has small deck where you can sit outside and enjoy the desert evening, then take a short stroll into downtown to eat / shop.
I loved the wood floors (laminate), the room was clean and even though I have allergies to animals, this pet friendly hotel was a safe choice for me due to the lack of carpet.
Good breakfast.
Fun decor.
room-pet friendly, very dated for cost. Hotel location edge of town-a convenient path and walkway for dog. Breakfast appreciated-nothing over the top. Better than the hotel the night before!
Not directly in the city, so quieter. Perfect to visit Arches NP and Canyonland. Modern and nice room. Very pleasant personal. Always ready to support. The best location in MOAB.
