Fantastic location on Duval street, next to a bar and walking distance to Sloppy Joe’s, Margaritaville etc. Tropical garden where breakfast is served.

GG was so friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and very quiet considering it is located directly on Duval St. Breakfast was a nice way to start the day. Pool was wonderful, tho almost warm on occasion (due to the excessive heat).

Although the neighborhood is very calm, the wall insulation is a significant issue. We had a very loud neighbor next to our room (this can happen anywhere), who was shouting at 6 A.M. and repeatedly went out of the house, each time speaking loudly and coughing in the hallway. If the room had better insulation, we probably wouldn't have heard him. I believe each hotel should put up signs reminding guests to keep quiet and avoid disturbing others, especially considering the high price we paid—300€ for one night!

Sweet little room in an old Key West house, within walking distance from Duval street. Luckily parking lot next to the house. We should have had the breakfast included in the reservation, but nobody informed us about that, probably they forgot about that. The hotel has a lot of houses spread overall. Our house had 3 rooms, our was directly next to the entrance door. We’ve heard everything, since the door had a small opening below. The bathroom is really tiny. There is a coffee machine, a microwave and a fridge in the room.

Really no drawback!

Breakfast wasn't much unless you want bread items. Lots of places to eat near by, though.

Best Location and attentive staff. Bonus we were there during Songwriters Fest . We enjoyed music at our pool. Rented bikes and explored the city.

Room was not cleaned very well and not every day; floor was filthy (baby's feet were very dirty from walking around room bare-footed). We didn't get towels on Sunday until 6:00 PM. We saw a lot of the staff sitting around on their phones or talking to one another; not a good look, especially when rooms were not very clean. Bed sheets and toilet paper were about as scratchy as you could get (would bring TP from home next time) but what you're paying for here is LOCATION.

Location is fantastic; right in the middle of Duval. Common areas were nice; continental breakfast by the pool was nice. Office staff very kind and helpful. Room 105 was good size with balcony directly overlooking Duval (of course that means traffic noise but you're on the main drag in Key West, you should expect that). Lots of bike parking in front. Had a great time with family and friends.

Breakfast option was quite limited and the small area available for guests was not able to cope with the demand on our fitst day. The room we had was small but it did meet all our basic requirements.

A great location and well organised team there for our arrival. Location felt very safe and was in reasonable walking distance from the main attractions.

Updated decorations on the walls and new pillows would have been nice. There was very little place to hang clothes. Maybe a couple hooks in the shower for towels/ bathing suits.

My particular room wasn’t super comfortable. It was maybe an attic space that was converted to a room with slanted ceilings and a 3/4 high wall to separate the bathroom from the sleeping area. Not even room for a small table w/ 2 chairs. We had our muffin and coffee sitting at the edge of bed off our night stands. Would come back but would need a better room.

Location is perfect, could not be better. Right on the center of Duval St. so you can walk everywhere. Lovely grounds and pool area. Very kind attentive staff. Moderate fair price.

Neighbors in room next to us fighting & screaming. Situation was handled very appropriately & staff on site handle situation time accordingly. Props to Emma!

It was extremely small. The bed was very hard and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud. Sometimes we even had to switch it off because it would go off and come on three to four times in the same 2 minutes..

It was very close to the restaurant scene and located right in the party Centre
