The access road to the property is not ideal if you have a low bottomed sports car.

Lovely building great mix of traditional and modern, very tastefully done. Facilities were great and staff very helpful. Would recommend as great value.

It is a wonderful Quinta, with a beautiful garden and lots of plants which are taken great care of. Hosts were kind. Parking place is there for free. The room was big an quite.

Rooms are not huge. Breakfast only available during limited time but this was low season so we were nearly only clients. Info on sites not readily available but owner suggested where to go when asked.

Ample hot water - great shower. Very quiet. Beautiful property- unfortunately we were there in rainy weather so couldn’t take advantage.

This was probably the best place we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Portugal. They even put their own signs up for directions, since the car GPS takes you on a very narrow unnecessary detour.

No issues with the accommodation A little difficult to find at first and the access road could be improved. A stop go light system would be helpful. However these items are not fully within the control of the owners !

The location was great for a quiet get away to unwind and relax. It was two hours away from the Douro Valley, which was what we wanted to tour. There was no restaurant on site and the ones we drove to did not open until 7pm. That was a little late for us, nor did we want to drive on the roads at night. Getting into the property is interesting but only a short distance on a single lane. If there is a car coming the other way, someone has to back up. There is a parking lot and the rooms have AC. They provided a great continental breakfast and the staff were very accommodating. Just make sure there is an extra roll of toilet tissue before it is needed.

Road to property is very narrow and can be a bit stressful when meeting another car coming from the opposite direction.

The property is kept really well. Lots of parking, although the road getting in is very narrow and a bit stressful when you meet another vehicle. Room and bathroom were very clean and turned over each day. A good size. The pool was great and there are plenty of loungers. The owner is very helpful and gave many great recommendations.

If you don't have a car, the only option to go there is with a taxi, and they cost a lot. Otherwise, no complaints .

Luis and his wonderful wife couldn't do enough for us, the hotel is beautiful and the rooms are lovely and spacious. This establishment is family run, and Luis and his wife run it like a finely oiled machine! I would highly recommend this accommodation. Calm and relaxing. It's truly amazing!!! 10 stars ++++
