A well-appointed property with a very good location

Our only minor issue was the entrance steps, we booked a ground floor terraced apartment and for someone with mobility issues these were a bit problematic. The whole apartment and immediate surroundings needs some talc but nothing to rant on about. We loved our time here. As others have said the beds aren’t the best but value for money based on location is hard to beat.

Best thing about the apartment was its location. Very very close to marina as well as other great restaurants in a square about 200m away. The reception staff were very helpful as we arrived well before check in, she said she’d ring once room was ready and did so within a ver6 short time.

A bit dated. Terraces and garden area could do with upgrading. Shutters difficult to close.

Location was excellent a few minutes walk to The Marina.

Sewage smell on entering the unit - taps/shower water needs to be run prior to arrival t allow drains to cleanse. Flat is also locked up even though their is an upper window which can be left open to allow for fresh air. Its also not great that the outside is not cleansed of weeds, nor papers cleaned around the outside of the unit.

The location to the Marina is good while being out of the noise zone

The apartment was up three flights of stairs with no lift,it was clean and tidy, good shower and comfortable bed, the outside area is tired and needs a tidy up, the pool area is very untidy bins overflowing with trash that the birds are pulling apart (I reported this to reception every day I was there, nothing was done, but one day the lady on reception gave me a bin liner 😂😂,I refused)the pool is a bit dirty with missing tiles and shower doesn’t work, only 5sunbeds, one of which is broken, apparently the sunbeds don’t appear until 15thJune ( no idea why) why not let the people on holiday in May enjoy a sunbed. I suppose the price reflects this but some of the issues are so easily solved.

The location is excellent, just behind the marina and far enough away to be quiet.

Not the cleanest apartment. Garden furniture was tired and lack of washing machine.

The location was fantastic, the pool was clean. Enough equipment to live comfortably for a week.

Loo seat could be changed, as quite worn. Kitchen could have had more utensils for a self catering apartment. Knife, peeler, grater. No balcony but, not advertised. No furniture at all in the pool area. Toilet facilities were pretty grim but they had only just opened the pool for the season, bit odd but a lovely pool.

The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly. She definitely deserves five stars. Excellent shower. Great coffee machine. Excellent service from the lovely ladies who bring fresh towels and linens ( and loo paper!). The apartment was very clean and well appointed. Perfect location for the marina. Great WiFi connection.

They could do with sweeping the hall. Also pool is across the road but they domt put out deck chairs until closer to summer. We stayed in april and was 23 degress to 26. We had wedding so perfect for us and right on the marina. Would not recommend for family.

There was a dog tied up on the neighbouring property that barked constantly & dog mess was left in the garden which did smell

It was in a great position for access to the marina. It also had a garden for sunbathing. The receptionist was very helpful when we had a couple of issues & they were resolved easily

Nothing to complain about.

We really enjoyed our time at mouraliz apts. Nice clean rooms and just a few minutes from the marina. Staff and housekeeping were great. All good.

Everything was fine other than the socket powering the TV and Broadand didn't work. I wasn't intending to watch any TV and using logic logged onto the next apartments broadband so that didn't matter. First morning's shower was warm and fine but the next two mornings the water was cold. Again didn't bother me but needs addressing.

Location was great. Easy check in and very efficient young lady on reception though she needs a taller chair! Accommodation was as expected and suited my needs.

There are workers staying in the apartments, they have absolutely no respect for the curfew, they come in at 3.30/4am and are so noisy to the extreme. Unfortunately because the reception is only manned during the day there's absolutely no way of getting hold of anyone out of hours and therefore the curfew is impossible to enforce!

Spacious, nice little garden and 2 balconies, clean towels regularly, there's a washing machine, great little kitchen with coffee machine, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and everything you needed in the kitchen including sponge, washing up liquid and tea towel. Perfect location

Would have liked a balcony. Stayed in Algardia for years and always had a balcony. Had problem gaining entry on first night, confusion with use of app

No balcony is the only negative as I could not wash and dry clothes. There was a problem with check in. I arrived around half eight. Reception was closed. I did not get any message to tell me the code to the box containing the keys. Two friends of mine had booked another appointment in Block B and they had the same problem- no access code. We were waiting almost an hour for a guy to come. He was very helpful. It was a stressful start to our holiday.

The apartment is on the third level,so it's not too difficult but older people may need to consider it.

Fabulous location, safe, right near waterfront. Great location for the price. The apartment is tiny (although the bedroom is a decent size) but it has everything one would need. A coffee machine, microwave, stove, fridge, good towels, great natural light.
