We originally booked for 3, one person didn't end up coming and I couldn't find a way to amend that (but that could very much be on me) so we had to provide details for 3 (I put myself twice) and pay the tax for 3 as well (overall for 5 days, it was an extra 10€ or less so not a big issue but still).

Well-equipped kitchen and facilities overall, free coffee and tea at your disposal, clean environment and cleaned daily. Towels and shower gel are available, great terrasse in the back

The staircase smelled not so well, which probably was from the dogs in the building. Our room number 8 faced the main street, across a popular bar. The bar was quite loud and noisy after sunset until midnight. Fortunately, the balcony doors had great soundproof. We had no problem with the noises when the doors were closed but we would prefer leaving the doors open for ventilation.

The location was very nice, close to the metro, tram 28 and areas with shops and restaurants. We had a really lovely stay at room number 8. The bed was very comfy and we slept well. The small balcony was nice and handy. There was everything we needed, including the room, bathroom and kitchen. Mercedes was also very helpful and answered my questions fast even though there was no staff on site. Good value for the price!

The shared bathrooms were supposedly cleaned daily but the drains didn’t work well so the sinks got dirty quickly. That’s the nature of hostels I suppose, especially when they aren’t staffed. Also, the internet was quite slow and intermittent. We weren’t working so it was ok for us.

Our room was very comfortable and clean, the plug in heater worked great, and even though we didn’t cook this time the kitchen was well equipped. If you plan to cook you’ll have no problem finding what you need. There was a coffee maker and the kitchen was stocked with all the basics.

The kitchen was well equipped and very organized. with ample free cookies, tea and coffee. There was an excellent washing machine .There were two shared bathrooms which were fine for four rooms. The heater worked well. The location was close to many interesting neighborhoods and restaurants. There's a supermarket a 5-minute walk away with a bakery and everything you need, including spirits.

The blinds were a little transparent so let in a lot of light, but this didn’t bother us and we slept wonderfully.

Amazing value for money, looks just like the pictures, very clean, easy to check in, and the wifi worked amazingly! And amazing location, close to the main stretch of graca with lovely coffee shops and a great view at sunset. Easy to get into the centre.

Worth money they asked for. The location is not far away from the city centre, there is a terrace in the building available(you may work from there or get tanned). There is a nice place for breakfast in the building next to this and across the street there is bar. Grocery market is in 4min by walking, actually 2 of them. The staff is super friendly and replies back quickly, ready to assist with any queries.

The room with the shared bathroom was very small, if you opened your luggage (we had small suitcases) you were not able to stand in the room. The other rooms looked way more comfortable. There was also a fan which was nice with the warm days, but we were only able to turn on the fan with the lights on, so during the night it was quite warm.

The property was very clean! The location was also perfect, and the kitchen had everything!

The only thing I can complain about is the lack of aircon. They have some modern fans but they don't make the air cool, I think, a regular fan would be much, much better to make the air a bit cooler.

Perfect apartment in an excellent location, clean, and comfortable. The lovely backyard where you can eat breakfast or drink some porto with friends, is a very calm and silent place. Comfortable bed and sofa that was prepared for us after my request, the contact with the property is easy and nice. Highly recommended!
