Our room is next to the stairs, so we often heard the noise of some people going up the stairs.

The location is very nice!! It's close to miffy's shop, many restaurants, and some train station. If you would like to go to the central station, you can go there by walk in 30 minutes.

The fact that nobody told me that breakfast was not included and i had to pay at checkout 43 eur for breakfast. A heads up would have been better, because im not a big eater.

Our stay at Prinsengracht Hotel was delightful! The location is perfect, right along the picturesque canals and close to key attractions. The rooms are cozy and clean, offering a genuine Amsterdam experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. Highly recommend for a charming and convenient stay in Amsterdam!

The bed was small (narrow) and I almost fell during one night. The shower could have a glass door.

The room had a reasonable size for a solo traveller, but the bed was small. The location is amazing, I walked everywhere from the hotel. The breakfast was perfect! Definitely one of the highlights of my stay.

The elevator was tiny and very slow and the stairs were steep. Not a problem for me overall but it’s not a super accessible hotel and probably wouldn’t be fun if you have a lot of luggage.

Amazing location, walking distance from most tourist attractions and public transportation, and right on the canal. My room was very comfortable and the staff was fantastic.

Staff were friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. Multilingual seemed to be the norm. Gave us a map that was invaluable for exploring the city on foot along with great advice for finding a place to eat or good areas to explore.

Excellent stay and a really good hotel, fit for my city break purposes. Comfortable room, tea making facilities and TV. Great breakfast buffet and very helpful staff. About a mile walk to very busy part of city but that was a good thing, staying in a calmer area with lovely canal-side walks. Will definitely stay here again when next visiting Amsterdam. Recommended.

It’s noisy from the inside. (other guest walking the stairs, hallways and hear them moving and talking) Extreem small room and narrow bed placed against the wall, so that you might fall out on the othe side if tou turn wrong.

Good location with very friendly staff. Good enough for an overnight stay, maybe two.

The keys are traditional, not electric, so sometimes you might forget to lock the door when you leave. They would ask you to let them keep the keys at the desk when you're going out in case of emergency situations. There were creepy sounds from the bathroom ceiling, which was a bit concerning and annoying initially, but everything was fine the next day.

We wish the bathroom, especially the shower, could've been a bit larger, but accept it in order to stay on the canal, so close to many of the Amsterdam attractions (within walking distance). And it seems they've raised their prices since the last time we stayed with them.

Marco at Reception was so engaging and helpful throughout our stay. We've made numerous trips to Amsterdam so he suggested outings we hadn't thought of. He helped us store our luggage. He was always pleasant and offering to assist us in any way. This is our third (at least) time to stay at the Prinsengracht. Breakfast there is terrific and caters to the Dutch population so we get breakfast items we don't in the US. This year our room overlooked the Prinsengracht canal and that was an extra treat.

Located on the Prinsengracht canal and fairly central to all major sites/places of interest. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have a luggage storage room. Comfortable, clean rooms. Breakfast was great - hot and cold options and plenty of choice.
