Shower pressure was incredibly weak, and was only cold though that was all you wanted after hiking in Taman Negara.

AC was not powerful enough, shower had no pressure so it was impossible to take a proper shower, gap between floor and door which lets insects into the room

As already mentioned in some reviews, the AC could have worked better (or an additional fan would be amazing). The bed was more on the smaller side and the pillow super big (but I guess that comes down to individual preferences).

The location is quite nice, only a few minutes walk from the river and therefore to the boat crossing into the national park. It was also clean and check in was super easy.

It is a basic room but great value for money.

This is a small guesthouse of basic rooms on the river. It's convenient for the village, the floating restaurants and the national park. The room is big enough with its own bathroom. The air conditioning takes a little while to cool but it coped well with the incredibly hot weather. The guesthouse next door (Tepling) does a nice buffet breakfast for 15 ringit and has a tour desk where they can arrange everything.

-Air conditioning could have been stronger-it just didn’t seem to able to keep up with the heat for us. But we were there in a heat wave. -the cicadas were VERY loud and attracted to the lights in the outdoor hallway so they sang all night and flew into if you went to get filtered water.

It was close to everything. The staff was kind and available. It was a cheerful color scheme. We loved that there was a water filter on site so we didn’t have to keep using more plastic bottles.

No screen on the toilet windows to prevent mosquitoes entering the bedroom. The hot water dispenser was out of order. The water boiled in the replacement plastic kettle jug tasted of plastic. This plastic kettle jug needs to be replaced with a metal kettle. The plastic mugs also need to be replaced with glass , ceramic or metal ones to prevent consumption of microplastics. It would be fantastic if powdered creamer or low fat milk powder could be placed along with the tea, coffee & sugar! Please put more metal spoons too.

The size of the bedroom & bathroom were good. These rooms were clean. Hot water, bath towels, toilet rolls & a prayer mat were provided. The resort was close to the jetty & river. There was free coffee, tea & sugar with a functioning cold water dispenser.

bathroom need to install shower screen, to avoid wet / slippery floor. i did fell down in the bathroom due to slippery of floor. during my stay, the water dispenser is out of order. 😅

No sound insolation. There is only one windows giving on the main corridor. Spots of mold in the toilet. The water refill machine was broken when we were there. The AC leaked on the bed but the owners were very quick to fix everything

Air-conditioning took about two days to work properly (I know, weird), so it was hard to keep room dry because of the high humidity. Do not leave food inside the room. Ants may come to visit you.

Coloured rooms, simple but sufficient. Comfy and clean bed. Water dispenser, coffee, tea, cups. The owner was very helpful.

The location is a bit deep inside the village. Not at the main area. Quite far from the mosque for Moslem traveller. Aircond was not cold in room number 5 during my visit.

The guesthouse is well maintained and clean during my visit. All facilities were available. The small area in front of the guesthouse is my favourite spot as it oversees the river.

I don't know why the staff always switched off the water dispenser at the lobby. Everytime I switched on the dispenser, went inside the room to wait for the water to boil then when I came out, someone will switched it off. This happened everytime during my 4 day 3 nights stay.

Nice location and friendly owner & staffs. Just few minutes walking distance to the jetty to Taman Negara and local food stalls.
