the cleanliness is bad, not tht bad, there was a lot lalat limbah and ants when we came in. the iron was damaged bc of the burnt residues. our white shirt was ruined bc of it. the washing machine dont even work so we're quite disappointed bc we didnt want to pile up our dirty laundry.

we like it tht its pretty closed to imago, so when we're hungry or we want to walk around, we can just go down. the living area and room was very spacious and the refrigerator is very useful for our stay there, it also have extra bed bc we were only travelling with just us both. good location and friendly staff.

Lift from parking to homestay under maintenance. Staff guide to use the other block lift (block A) and cross from swimming pool area to my homestay. Unfortunately, card access only can be use for access lift in my homestay block B area. I try to contct staff but no reply. As a result, we have to go down from parking to level G from lift block A ( going down using lift no need to use access card) - the exit near Police Office then walk to Block A entrance - pass upperstar bring all my stuff. So toublesome! Pls dont rent the homestay if the lift still not working. Or else, pls provide access card for block A as well. Pls dont simply give solution if it is not helping.

The bathroom doors got kotoran(berkulat) all over it,on the inside side of the bathroom door.The second room’s dorknob also make noise when you open it

The house looks very old and dilapidated. There is no water filter and the room's air conditioner is a bit slow to cool down.

i'm expecting the condos located facing the seaview and can see the sunset view but in reality its located behind and can't see any sunset or seaview. The condos shouldn't be named Sunset seaview. On the advert stated at Loft A but in reality its located at Loft C. During check in the keys were handover meeting point at Loft A. Nobody assist us to go the appartment and we have difficult time to search for the Appartment and had to asked the Amago security to guilde us to the appartment.

close to the shopping malls. The appartment is spacious with 2 rooms with 1 common bathroom, master bed room with bathroom, a living room and kitchen and a laundry room. The staff was very honest. During check out, my mum had left her HP in the room and i inform the appartment owner about it and he had asked his staff to check and luckly they had found the HP in the room and hand it over to us.

water heater at master bedroom not working and the third room no wardrobe. The kitchen is ok, just need a gas tank to cook and no rice cooker and broom provide.

I like the aircond the most. Very cool in sunny day. All aircond function.

Dusty house, fan too noisy, no dryer cleaner, wifi not that good due to wire issue, main door need to be replace and 🚽 toilet bowl got dry poops couldn't remove and bowl shaking too..going to the mall need to go out from a lobby or from the car park..

Lift going to and from parking is only 1, the bomba lift.. other 3 lift wouldn't go there, if only there's separate button for said lift TV is connected through streaming Long TV which is really lagging for live tv, movie and even YouTube..

Parking accessible for resident Got lift Room not only have ceiling fan but also air condition Got refrigerator, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine Got wifi and TV Balcony that can see sunset with building 1 queen bed and 2 single bed with ample towel provided just need to go Ground floor for shopping mall

That there's no bath tub. The mattress is uncomfortable for me due to my pregnancy because it's too bouncy.
