Took a little bit of time to check in since they check in everyone at the same time, maybe not the smartest system but it was worth the wait

The room was stunning, even better than in the pictures. We enjoyed watching a movie in the living room, taking a bath and swimming with the view of the Petronas Towers. Overall I was speechless. Would definitely come back for a bit of a pampering experience.

Hygien of the room/beds sheets, a bit distance from Subway 10-15 min walk, staff don't clean room every day, it needs to be pushed to get towels changed and room cleaness

I have to be honest, there's nothing I can say that I didn't like about this hotel in KLCC.

We had a fantastic stay at Royce hotel in Kuala Lumpur KLCC. We arrived an hour before check-in and the receptionist kindly asked us to wait for a bit. Shortly after, we were introduced to one of the Dormeo Residences staff, as our booking was managed by their property. We were then escorted to the 33rd floor, where we reached their grand lobby. The check-in process was incredibly seamless; I only had to provide my name and booking ID, and we were promptly given the key to our home for the next 4 days and 3 nights. We stayed in the penthouse on the 50th floor, with the pool conveniently located on the 51st floor. This hotel is a must-try when you're in Malaysia, as it's close to all the major shopping spots. While swimming, we enjoyed an amazing view of the Petronas Towers right in front of us.

Modern high end residence at prime location close to KLCC. The team running the service is very organised and knew what they are doing. The apartment is very new with great furniture and appliance. I would definitely stay here again in future!

Maybe they could provide a small disposable comb and change the syampoo to a better one. It was pretty rough on the hair!

Nothing all is well and perfect

Excellence Experience for quick staycation with partner, the facilities and amenities swimming pool, jacuzzi and wading pool are top notch located on level 51. Perfect for healing enjoying the time there. The check-in will be entertain by representative from Dormeo Destinations and the best service will be given no doubt all. The room it self is da bomb! The size bath-tub in the room is big.

1. Haha, so checking in was a bit confusing for sure. The Royce KLCC building has up to 51 floors, but not all guest room floors are operated by Dormeo Destinations, who runs this booking. Upon arriving at the building lobby, we were instructed to go up to level 33, unit 8 to greet the actual Dormeo front-desk staff. A bit complicated, but they guided us attentively, so it was simplified. 2. The heated water requires you to turn on a switch by the bathroom 10-15 min prior to showering, which was a little inconvenient. However, we did just that, and it actually didn't work! LOL 😂 So cold showers for like 2 days, which was fine because the KL weather was so hot! 3. The washer/dryer combo is a bit confusing. During drying, if you want to stop a dry cycle early, sometimes the lock to the door won't deactivate. I couldn't get the door open easily, and I didn't want to break their dryer door! 4. For safety reasons (not the hotel's fault), if you order food delivery through Grab, the delivery people will not be allowed inside the lobby to drop off food. So go down to greet them and tip them well for the hassle!

1. Relatively cheap fees are checking in/out early. We wanted to check in at 11 AM rather than 2 PM, so that was 100 ringgit (~$21). We also checked out late at 1 PM rather than 11 AM, so another 100 ringgit (~$21). I feel like this was reasonable for 2 people and the time we needed. 2. Pretty fast elevator; even during traffic with lots of people, it wasn't as annoying as others make it out to be. 3. Friendly staff; they explained everything very clearly. 4. The room is massive; it has a kitchen, living room, bedroom, balcony, and opulent bathroom. Also, washer/dryer combo in-unit. 5. The kitchen has cups, a water boiler (we boiled some water to drink), a large fridge, and a microwave. They also gave us 2 free water bottles. 6. The living room TV allowed you to log in to Netflix/Prime TV. 7. Although we booked a King Room, our bedroom actually has a king bed + a twin. That was a pleasant surprise. I felt comfortable laying on the twin with my outside clothes, then sleeping in the king after showering. 8. The bathroom has a huge tub inside a shower; quite nice. Dental kits and ample amenities. Very clean, marble counter-topped, and modern. 9. We had a very nice view of the Petronas Tower from our bedroom balcony! 10. ROOFTOP POOL WAS EVERYTHING. It opens until 10 PM every night, so you know it was a big hit with guests. There was a building staff on site until 10 PM, so we felt very safe. The view at night was astonishing. The pool area consisted of a big pool, a small shallow pool, and a small heated jacuzzi, as well as walkways all around them so you can get close to the Petronas view without necessarily swimming. 11. When you leave the unit, the master key shuts off all power to conserve energy. Every hotel needs that kind of sustainability mindset. However, you can't do laundry and step out.

Very nice place the only downside is the GYM and the pool ours l. The GYM was a joke and I need it a real GYM I workout 5 days a week.and the pool they close is like 9 pm really hahah.

The only thing I didn't like was that every now and then there would be a bad smell coming from the drains in the unit. Sometimes mild and sometimes strong. If that is rectified, then it would be a 10/10.

The unit is in a great location and was so comfortable. The rooftop pool was exceptional, with amazing views all around. All the staff and especially the security guards were so nice to everyone. The unit was basically a home away from home.

Check-in was fuss-free. Awesome room conditions. The pool and gym at 51st floor was just superb and was facing city centre loke KLCC and Menara KL. Tip for future traveller - bring own shower soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrush for extra comfort.... huhuuuu.
