The room was small and without a closet to put clothes. However the bed was comfy. Also there was construction work outside the period of our stay and it was very loud.

Just a little bit distance to the tourist site or downtown. Easy access to metro but if walking to tourist will take you 15-20 min, so be prepared to walk. Overall is nice and will look forward to return.

Since I was visiting as a tourist, I didn't have much time, but when I came to check in, there was no one at the reception. I waited for 30 minutes for someone to come, but they didn't come. A number was left at the reception for us to call, but I couldn't call because I didn't have a valid Japanese line. As a last resort, I had to contact Instagram, so I was able to check in.

Staff did their best to hold luggage. The hotel was generally a price-performance hotel and the rooms were clean.

- In a residential area, so you have to walk 5-10 minutes (not bad) to restaurants or grocery store - No space to use the desk to work in the most basic room

The only downside was how hard the pillows were but by the end of our big day we didn’t notice as fell straight asleep.

Amazing hotel tucked away from the Main Street, had a coffee every morning on our balcony and watched the sun rise it was beautiful. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Public transport is not far from the hotel so it's easily accessible but it's some of the busiest stations in Osaka (Namba) so expect crowds of people you'll have to lug your suitcases through for parts of the way. (Great connection from Namba though, e.g. to Kansai Airport or the rest of the city).

Loved the hotel. Felt like a new and clean building (maybe former, small apartments that they renovated into hotel rooms?). We stayed in the largest room I think (with the upstairs area which we didn't really use but the room had a great size and I could imagine if you were to travel with friends and don't mind sharing the room or even with family and smaller kids the small upstairs area and extra bed would be great. While close to some lively areas of Osaka (Nipponbashi, Denden Town, even Dotonbori) the immediate surrounding of the hotel are nice and quiet and a more tranquil area in bustling Osaka.

We had a great stay at R Hotel Namba during the trip to Osaka. This hotel is located right in the lively Namba district, surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. The location is convenient. Just walking distance to the MTR station.

Our room was so small, that we did not have space to comfartable use our luggage.

Location is near enough to nightlife and entertainment district with a lot of opportunities for shopping, but is far enough away to be quiet during the night.

Room is great and comfortable (could be a little tight if you have large luggage). Beds are amazing, bathroom is really good and amenities provided are good quality. I believe all the rooms have a balcony which is a bonus. Hotel is a bit far but if you don’t mind walking to get to attractions, it is a very comfortable stay!
