Breakfast was terrible! All geared to the Asian market. American breakfast was cold omelette and bad cereal. One of the worst buffet breakfast I’ve ever had.

Location was great if you just need a hotel for a quick visit before flying out. Short walk from the arrivals area in terminal 3.

There is nothing negative I can say about this property. I was hesitant for an airport hotel but this property literally had everything u needed including the most comfortable bed ever. Breakfast was so good and huge variety for both Asian and western. Super easy to find just across the carpark and up the elevator from the arrivals hall. Literally just a few mins walk to and from. There’s also the skytrain a few mins walk away to transit between terminals.

Cigarette smell coming from the airport/crew area to the lobby. The room was really cold on arrival. The outside temperature was 32°C and the aircon in the room was set to 16°C. Took quite some time to get the room warmer.

Great location and is easy to reach from Intl. arrivals at Terminal 3 in CGK. Comfortable beds, wide selection at breakfast. No hassle with Jakarta traffic after or before flights.

Jakarta has very poor air quality and the airport is extremely bad, don't make it even worse by spraying a scented spray in the passage. It makes breathing even harder. Menu prices were extremely high. A simple request for a plain black tea bag (Lipton or similar) rather than Jasmine tea provided in the room was refused with a simple "you can order normal tea from room service". Had time to kill so did all dining at the airport.

The breakfast ends at 10 AM, we arrived late so it was at the last minute we had our breakfast and we were not the only ones late for breakfast. I would suggest serving breakfast till 11 AM

The price was quite high.

It was my second time staying at Anara Airport Hotel because I need to connect from the international to domestic flight on the next day. The hotel was connected directly to the check in area of Terminal 3. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast is acceptable. The selections were all Indonesian. I liked the soup, the noodles, and the plain omelet. (They do not make omelets to order.) I would have loved whole grain bread and more fruit (such as bananas).

The room was quiet (except for when a neighbor's alarm went off at 4 AM and their door slammed at 4:30 AM). The shower was clean and hot, and the bed was firm and comfortable. Also, I left my sweatshirt behind, and they saved it for me! Thank you!

The light in the bedroom was too dim and there was no way to make it brighter. It was nice for sleeping but not for reading or other activities that requires brighter light (writing, drawing - kids need these activities!). Another thing was the shower. Water kept coming out to to the bathroom area because the shower box was not sealed properly. It made it slippery

Location! Location! Location!! Very conveniently located by Terminal 3 at the airport. We stayed for 1 night in between flights. It was really convenient. There were stores and restaurants at the airport terminal, made it easy to find foods and needs

Aircon didn't work - this is the second time we've had a room where the aircon was poor in the room. Maint tried to fix it, but only made it marginally better for a short time - after waiting 6 hours for the aircon to start cooling, we called again - they came and moved us to a different room.

Fantastic breakfast spread and options. Must try. Location is amazing for layover and for early flights. Rooms are very quiet and comfortable.
