We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe front of house staff Joanne and Bobby were very friendly let me check in before time, they went above and beyond to help me. Very clearly spoken English and easy to understand, from the moment I walked in I felt at ease and they were helpful They answered any questions I asked, check in process was far greater than any I had or have experienced in Newcastle. When I awoken from my lovely night's sleep, bobby was the greeter at the breakfast stand, she advised us on how their breakfast system is and where to find the hot breakfast items and the cold including the various drinks that had to offer which was all included in our price of stay. Bobby was efficient and cleared plates from the table, but done it with kindness she asked it we wanted them to be cleared and not just took them, I have never seen such competent staff and highly friendly staff. I only wish more places where like this hotel and employed staff that care enough to take a few minutes out of their day to be kind and courteous. I had a issue well I thought it was one so spoke to Derek who I believe to be the lead at that time of the morning. It was to do with a stained seating cushion which I thought was human semanal fluid to find out to my relief it wasnt. Derek was kind and courteous and acted immediately when I prompted him to the issue I had. The bed was comfortable and firm, I like how they offer items of you have forgotten them for free, what I truly respect about this establishment is they offer feminine hygiene products, I took my wife with me but even as a man I find this highly respectful and never seen this anywhere. They use Dove shampoo and hand wash again never seen a hotel use such good items. Bathroom was very clean a note for management of the cleaning staff, I noticed dust along headboards and skirting and some surfaces behind items. A quick go over with a duster would go along way to make my stay a 10. I rated you 9 out of 10 for this reason only.

United KingdomThe food and drink over the bar was ridiculously expensive, £15 for a small pizza and £2.85 for a small bottle of oasis, so which let it down slightly. The shops and food places are literally a two minute walk from the hotel though so it’s not too bad.
Great location with lots of local amenities near it. Breakfast was lovely and kept being refreshed. The staff were absolutely amazing. I have a little girl and she was adored by them, they couldn’t do more for us. Two staff members in particular were outstanding, I wish I got their names but they made our stay.

United KingdomThe temperature control in the room was really not great. It worked fine until the middle of the night when the cooling unit stopped cooling and began pumping out hot air. We know the staff would have helped had we called, but it was the middle of the night and our child was asleep so we just turned it off. We reported it in the morning and the staff apologised.
The staff were WONDERFULLY friendly and helpful. We felt really well taken care of and really appreciated the great advice given by your front desk/reception staff. The breakfast was also really good quality for money, as well.

PolandFull day one man with a huge dog was standing next to the front door - inside the hotel. This was weird. Staff do not react so I suppose it was someone who they know. Breakfast was poor - no vegetables, no cheese, no ham. There were no option to buy a coffee in the bar (beer only).
Location is good - close to the central station. Staff is very friendly. You can leave you luggage safely if your room is not ready (before check in). Hotel is worth to stay for one night.

United KingdomThe breakfast was a good selection but the hot selection of a cooked breakfast was not hot at all. The bacon, sausage, eggs and beans were warm at best, and this was at the time that the kitchen opened. I hadn't realised that there was not an option for an evening meal. I had thought that as there was so many chairs and tables there would be food to order, but it doesn't seem to be the case.
The room was very, very clean and as I have certain disabilities a high bed was excellent, as were the toilet and sink. I did have a problem with the tv that stopped working but it was sorted immediately.
