Bathroom is a triumph of style over function. Nowhere to hang clothes or towels, a glass door, and a very slippery surface on the bathroom and especially shower floor.

Very clean and comfortable room with all the tech and a lovely dual aspect view (this was one of the bigger rooms). Easy to access, quiet and obviously super convenient for the early morning flight.

Great location for security, literally right outside. Our room over looked the flight path so we could watch the planes coming in from Our bed. You get a discount at the restaurants in south terminal if you mention you're staying at the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The bathroom is a wet room and the water didn’t really flow away down the drain very well after a shower, so the floor was wet for a few hours afterwards. But was dry in the morning. The room was a bit of a box and was just room enough to sleep and nothing else. But for airport purposes, that’s what it’s for I suppose!

Excellent location for a very early flight and considering the room is by the runway, it had very impressive sound proofing and I could barely hear anything.

No major complaints, but a few things that could be improved. 1) WiFi - when I arrived, it was so bad, that not only did it load very slowly, but it disconnected multiple times. Only later that night and in the morning it worked well. 2) Bathroom - it had everything necessary, even emergency string. What I didn't enjoy was that after I had used the shower, the whole floor remained wet the whole evening. So to use the toilet, I needed to think of a way to get to it without getting my feet wet. So I used my towel to wipe the floor. The few spots I left wet had barely dried up by morning. And that's with ventilation working 24/7. And that brings me to point no 3. 3) bathroom ventilation - everything in the room had a switch to turn it on/off. Except for bathroom ventilation. Which is fine until you go to sleep. Because I wasn't able to turn it off, I heard the buzz the whole night, which isn't perfect. 4) table and chair - this is more of a suggestion than a complaint. For someone like me, who likes to use his laptop on a table, not in my lap, it would've been nice to have like a wall mounted/foldable table and some kind of chair to sit on. The bedside table was very uncomfortable for that as it's not meant for sitting to it. I had the single bunk bed room, so maybe in other rooms it's different. With this review I'm trying to be as honest and open as I can be and I wish the hotel all the best, so hopefully these few things I mentioned can be changed/implemented/improved for the future. If not for these few inconveniences, I'd rate my stay 10/10. In any case, I'd still recommend staying here, if the price is not a problem for you!

The bathroom was a little too compact and the raincloud shower made the rest of the bathroom very wet as there wasn’t a separate shower cubicle.

Great for a quick sleepover prior to an early flight. Contactless checkin and room settings worked well. Windowless room was fine and comfortable for a short stay. Fittings and bedding were good quality.

The double bed was up against one wall so one person had difficulty climbing out from the inside.

It was INSIDE Gatwick airport in the south terminal so minutes from check-in by simply taking a lift downstairs. The room we chose was small without windows but it was cosy, quiet and conducive to a great nights sleep before our early morning flight. The shower was powerful (albeit a wet room) and the bathroom quite modern.. Even though the room was small it had space for our large suitcases on the floor.
