It could have done with a hoover throughout as a lot of debris on carpets and in the kitchen space. However, we found a sweeping brush and swept kitchen diner ourselves

The gentleman who checked us in and out was absolutely fabulous. The apartment was in a fantastic location for pleasure Beach and very spacious, beds made up and clean.

Bathroom door handle dodgy. Shower pressure not good. Had to wash some pots before I used them as was dirty. The morning we left noticed the mattress protector was stained didn’t look like changed between every guest

Good location. Lovely sea view. Good sized tv. Hob microwave oven toaster kettle coffee machine and fridge. Iron and hairdryer so well equipped. Lovely greeting on arrival

The stairwell and carpets could do with being updated/cleaner. Walls all scuffed and stains on stair carpet

The entrance door to the 421 was serious heavy. If you are less mobile or elderly, you have no chance opening it one handed. For some reason they thought it was a good idea to paint the halls and stairway in black paint. It makes it very dark and dingy. The whole place could do with a lick of paint but it's nothing major. What I did find really disappointing was how grubby everything was. The bathroom had beautiful fixtures but was let down by the fact the floor to ceiling tiles were absolutely filthy. The cups, plates, pans and cutlery all needed washing before I used them. On the plus side, washing up liquid was provided. I don't think the skirting boards had ever been cleaned. If the owners gave their cleaners more training then this place would be perfect. Would I stay again? Yes I would but hopefully it would be cleaned to a better standard.

Great location. Great sea views. A really good sized studio apartment. The man that checked me in was friendly and helpful. The fittings in the apartment were modern and everything you would need including remote controlled air con and heating. Huge TV on the wall, decent double bed. Cooker and microwave along with a coffee machine. Tea towel, washing up liquid etc was provided which is a plus. The check in was next door at 419, which also has a lovely bar with sea views. Decent priced lager as well. This place would have got perfect scores if it wasn't for the lack of cleanliness.

Room was small cramp dated dirty needs a overall. Cracks on the walls. Utensils especially frying pan was dirty. I brought my own. Had to make daughters bed up on the sofa when we arrived. Duvet was dirty we brought our own blankets anyway. People smoking straight below us in a no smoking area.no one said anything to them so we couldn't have doors to balcony open for the view especially on the last day old man smoking a pipe.even with door closed could still smell it. I said something but the guy just ignored me. Stairs are a bit scary especially for young kids. Wooden and gaps between each steps. Overall needs a fresh coat of paint especially in the gallway which is black paint and skirting boards.

Great location away from noise if town centre and near Pleasure Beach. Had access to hotel facilities next door. Free WiFi which kept going off make sure on arrival you ask for the password. There was toilet roll sponges for washing up in the hotel available to all guests to use. Vending machines selling everything you might need from toothbrushes to plasters to crisps and sweets.

Was a little expensive for what we got Found some things under the bed but nothing major Would have benefited from having the choice of an earlier check in

the parking is a bit of a nightmare , you block each other in , your parking ticket has your mobile number on it so if your neighbour needs out , they text you the night before telling you when they need out , that bit worked out fine , I went to move my car as per text request , moved to the other side so she was able to get in her car and pack, i had parked blocking a space giving her space to open her doors etc ( very very slim parking spots ) , the bar staff man who also is check-in man was out quicker than Jack Robinson slapping parking tickets on my car ( empty ones) - apparently to draw my attention to my infringement. although no cost was in cured it was highly annoying and not very customer friendly. also the main entrance too the apartments is supposed to be card entry only but a gentle push opens it without the card , allowing entry to anyone , however there are very many cameras on site.

amazing location , close to all the local attractions, well equipped apartments with everything you need, including air conditioning in every room , vending machine in main hall way with everything you might have forgotten such as Deodorant, toothpaste etc , fantastic base.

The kitchen could do with more items, there was no trays to cook food on. There was a pizza cutter but no tray to cook a pizza on. Would have been good to have more cups and glasses too, the apartment sleeps 5 but only enough for two people.

The rooms and floor are not sound proof, there was plenty of noise coming from movements in the apartment above us. The floor was dirty and bed linen with stains

The apartment is located near the road, beach, and a walking distance to the major attraction sites. It is spacious and with self catering facilities

The sound sensor was too sensitive and went off even when someone coughed for too long.

Wasn't clean. Kitchen utensils dirty, dead squished bugs on ceiling. Patio doors also stiff and when reported to reception as couldn't open I got "well they were fine when cleaners were in"

The apartment was a great size for our family of 4. However, it was not clean. On our first night we had to clean a majority of the apartment, including hoovering crumbs/hair of the couch and cleaning spilt food from couch and chairs.

The location of the apartments was perfect. It was also a lovely size.

Chairs at table weren't the most comfortable, but didn't actually eat more than breakfast and snacks in the accommodation. Daughter said sofa bed wasn't very comfortable and chose to sleep on double bed. Parking, though pretty standard for Blackpool (3 rows, 3 deep) made me glad we'd decided not to bring the car.

Great location on the seafront and surprisingly quiet, considering its location. Bed was comfortable, shower was pretty good too. Air-conditioning was a real bonus as it was pretty hot outside. Bar next door was convenient and staff friendly.
