Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomOn the first night, a couple above arguing from 1.30 to 3.30 am . The next morning, i had a messege warning us veterans about the racket and banging about . It wasn't us veterans . But it was explained about our noise device had picked up the couple argument which other residents confirmed they heard it too . Apart from that, will definitely use the apartments again and won't let a couple of bad eggs ruin what we enjoyed, including our stay .
It was great , great neibours staying made new freinds. Clean and tidy easy .

United KingdomFor the cost of the place there were quite a few things in need of repair or replacing ie:- Kettle had cracked lid, salt shaker had no lid, neither had anything in them no salt or pepper, the shower nob for the small shower attachment just came off when you touch it the over head shower was ok but not very powerful as was the taps in the bathroom and the kitchen both just dripping really, only one side of the balcony doors would open, carpet in the bedroom wasn't very clean and the place definitely needs a lift.
The Sea view was excellent, the beds were very comfortable and the apartment was decent if on the small side, looks a little bigger on booking.com photos. The cooker worked fine the fridge worked fine and there were enough kitchenware, plates, cups, knives and forks etc. We'd definitely stay here again if you take better care of maintaining the property, the staff were Brilliant that took care of checking us in and really helped us with the little things we pointed out to him.

The furniture needs a tighten up as very wobbly Was a little disappointed that check in was 3pm but wasn't ready till 5pm Quiet time was meant to be 10 till 10 however there was a party of girls who were very loud slamming doors and shouting late into night

Good location - baring in mind it is south of Blackpool, there is plenty around the area, and the trams are literally over the road.

Great host, lovely welcome. Great sized apartment for a family of 5, very comfortable beds and quality bedding. Excellent facilities in the room for a self catering break, heating and air con, we had room 9 with a lovely little balcony with amazing views, also there is bar onsite, all in all great stay and will definitely return on our next visit

Apartment was lovely and spacious. Reception staff was so welcoming and friendly. I also liked the fact the accommodation is secure so nobody can come in without having a card.

United KingdomWe were informed checkout was 10:30, however, on the last day at around 10am, we took some of our stuff down to the car, we went back up to get the suitcase and the rest of our stuff, the door was locked and our key card no longer worked. The hotel wasn't manned, and it took us 35 minutes to gain contact with a member of staff, which was absolutely ridiculous, the man on the phone was not very polite and not one person apologised, was a stressful end to an otherwise lovely week which could have been avoided if they changed the automatic door locking system.
We got upgraded for free to a 1 bedroom apartment which was lovely. The apartment was a good size, facilities were also very good. The view from the room was lovely, especially on an evening when the lights were on. I liked the parking option, £7 a day was fantastic.
