Only one chair on the balcony, but not a huge issue. Bathroom is fairly small but does the job.

One room had the double bed against the wall making it inconvenient for the person sleeping on that side.

While not spacious, the two rooms we had included all you need and were spotlessly clean. There were extra towels and tea towels and it was easy to let the outdoors inside with big windows onto a balcony in one room and a patio area in the second. The elevator is small but very quiet and charming - it resembles a gilt bird cage. The location is in a suburban area with excellent supermarkets, bakeries and produce stores all around and the selection of restaurants and other services was extensive.

The room had everything i needed. The closet, bed area, dining and kitchen, also the toilet & bath. Everything fit in that small space. They have self checkin and checkout so it was convenient for me.

Location is a bit out, would visit again if it was more central. Didn’t see any staff, facilities was good in the room, could have been a bit bigger but good value for money. Little bit of a ant problem that needs sorting tho.

The rooms which are positioned to the street are a bit noisy :(. The TV is not smart, so you can't cast from your phone.

Clean, compact, comfortable. Has everything that you need in it. Close to the Bus to Beauvais airport Close to metro, brasseries and bakeries, super markets aso.

We were put into a substandard room initially, when we complained, we were given a better room. The following comments apply to the better room. The rubbish bin in wardrobe, bed wedged against the wall, no full length mirror, kitchen shared the wardrobe doors so doors prevented fridge opening easily plus if someone is making coffee etc, you cannot use the wardrobe. No washing machine. No smoke detectors to be seen. Tiny apartment.

Great location and friendly staff. Lots of bars and restaurants with a fabulous shopping mall nearby. Excellent public transportation into central Paris plus an Uber to the Champs Elysee was only 12 euros. Really good Japanese restaurant within a few metres.

Hotel location is quite convenient, 5 min walk to underground. Very easy access to all sightseeings. Also it's walking distance (about 25 min) to Tr. Arc. Room is small but designed very practically and has all things needed, included small kitchen facilities. Wifi was good. Price/quality ration is good and recommended to stay for short trips.

It’s amazing how this small room is equipped with everything one could need: an iron, a desk, a TV, a charger, a kettle for tea/coffee, dishes, a microwave, air conditioning… 👏🏻 My room was on the top floor and it had a beautiful large terrace

I believe a simple step of including some small toiletries could really elevate the rooms and make guests feel more comfortable. There is some soap/shower gel but this is not enough and frankly- they smell awful. The bathroom was way to small.

The rooms were really clean and despite being small, they were organized really clever even fitting a small kitchen area. The location is great- just 15 minutes ride from the heart of Paris- we would totally be back.

We were surprised by the mini bathroom. Other than that, there is nothing to complain about.

The accommodation is located in a nice, clean part of Paris. There are plenty of shops nearby and a metro station is within walking distance. You can check-in at any time of the day without the residence staff. The accommodation was clean, spacious and with a comfortable bed. We were very pleased with the kitchenette. In addition to the basic equipment (hair dryer etc..) we had our own coffee maker, which was great :) We were very happy with the accommodation and would recommend it.

The apartment was too small for two people, which included the elevator that was extremely small for one people with a luggage.

The location of the apartment is in a good neighborhood, safe, quiet and close to everything we needed, included the metro station Louise Michel, cafe store, restaurants, drug stores and the Triumph Arc, which all basics needs we had we could did on foot. The apartment was very clean and complete with everything I requested, hot water, Coffe Machine, Minibar, Cooktop, clean Maîtres and towels, a good size double bed, a minibar and all included in a completed small kitchen.

A few good days before reaching destination i talked to a staff member asking if we could check in before 15pm, around 11-12 and they told me that i could. Well, when we arrived, a staff told us that the check in wasn't available and we had to wait 3 hours until it was ready. You can check in sooner than 15pm, but you have to pay a tax of 30 euros.

1. Distances - It's quit close to a metro station within 8' of walking (Louise Michelle). - You have a carefour, groceries stores. - 35' of walking till arc de triomphe - It's close to the train station Clichy Levallois - Pharms around - Close to the Porte Maillot if your flight is to/from the Airport Beauvais 2. Cleaning It's a cleaned apartment, you have everything you need. 3. It was cozy and warm, it's a safe building with security cameras, lock in doors. 4. Easy check in/check out 5. Elevator in case you need it.

The room and bathroom isolation was not great which is why the heating system could not cope so for this stay the temperature was a bit colder.

As always, I like the area and accessibility of this accommodation. I like the self check-in and check-out system.

It was incredibly tiny.

It was clean and close enough to the train station, it had a small lift to take heavy luggage. Little balcony to sit on was nice too.

The kitchenette was really small and not well equipped. No view from terrace - we were dipped in the first floor between houses.

I appreciated bath in the bathroom and very comfy beds. The place was also fine close to the city, but quiet.

In the bathroom the cabinet above the wash-hand basin is so low that you can't lean over it, for example when brushing your teeth. We were given a single blanket for the bed and the extra bed. The breakfast is always the same, I don't recommend it for several days.

Basically the room was nice with great location, public transportation was nearby.
