How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Construction works across the road started very early.
Easy check in and access to the rooms. Slight confusion regarding instructions for parking but all ok.

Very good hotel, beds were comfy, staff friendly, not far away from the city (15 min by foot), parking beside the hotel (motorcycle) was no problem.

Breakfast selection is a bit small, however what there is is very good. Hangars are fixed into position (not proper hangars) so difficult to hang many wet clothes if you want them to dry for next day.
Friendly staff, convenient locked store room for keeping bikes. Plentiful pastries available for breakfast, good air conditioning in room.

A lot of constructions sites outside but did not hear much. Missing fresh fruits for breakfast

The only negative small details: - The mattress cover (under the sheets), it is a kind of plastic, and my partner is skin allergic to plastic, so it could be a better quality, and there was some hair on it that could be removed. - The towels are small and not thick enough, I get it's a ''budget hotel'' so equipments are minimised but probably better to add some hand towels, a better quality shampoo, and a hair dryer.
In general, it was a pleasant stay. It has the necessary for a business trip, it is close to the train station, a walking distance from the old centre. It is modern, clean, tidy, newly renovated feel, and the staff were friendly and professional. There is a free a water dispenser on the reception which is cool, and a large lobby to work etc. I would recommend it for someone looking for a good quality/price ratio.

There is no restaurant for evening dining so you have to go into the town but its only a five minute walk so no great hardship. There is a small canteen like facility for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Do not leave your car in a parking spot next to the hotel, if you can find one and unless it is for a short stay and you pay for a ticket. You will be hit with a parking fine.
If you are driving, the hotel is easy to find using GPS but be aware, the traffic in Amiens can be heavy. This hotel is a budget hotel so don't expect a nice lounge or swimming pool. It is presently located near to a building site but there was no noise to interfere with our comfort. There is ample free parking within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel in a covered car park so this was not really an issue. Amiens is a busy city, especially in the evening and there are many good restaurants next to the river. Amiens cathedral is magnificent and must be visited on any tour of the city. Museums are plentiful and there are numerous war sites around the area with interesting, heroic, sad and depressing stories to learn about.

Clean, quiet, simple room with comfortable beds and nice shower. Great wifi connection. Early check-in was no problem. Water (hot, cold, sparkling) available in lobby area.

The hotel is located in an area quiet but close to the train station and the main city street, with comfortable and clean clean room, and helpful staff. The breakfast lounge on the ground floor is bright, looking out to the street, a nice place to take a coffee too.
