Room numbering/naming a bit confusing, as I got my key from box 3, and expected it to be room 3 too - which didn't exist. I eventually realised that the room name was on the key ring. Can't comment on staff, as I never met anyone.

Nice, clean, comfortable room in small guest house between the station and the old town, so well situated for shops/restaurants/etc. Good wifi. A good cafe down the road gave me breakfast.

It was a really nice place to stay. The rooms are nicely decorated and cleaned. We asked if we could leave our bags earlier and there was no problem. It would even better to rent two rooms with a common living room, we had to share it with another people.

Slight glitch getting the code for the key, for which I had to contact the host. Weirdly, I received the code by email on the day of our check out.

The accommodations were super!Very nicely appointed and the use of the living room was great. The kitchen was fully equipped. Would highly recommend.

- our bedroom had a door leading to a room used by other guests who had young kids, the noise isolation wasn't perfect and we were woken up a few times in the morning.

- in a calm residential area, close to the main station and city center with some shopping and restaurants available within a few minutes - very clean and large room, the whole house seems like it's been renovated recently - super comfortable bedding - Convenient check-in with keys in a box - Overall a great deal for the price

It was very cold inside when we arrived. The shared areas are a bit too few. 2 toilets for 4-5 rooms - we had to wait sometimes to use the bathroom. Kitchen was also a bit crowded, although the place was not at full house. (Yes we knew we would have to share but still was a bit crowded vs our expectations.)

Close to the center, spacious rooms, nice design, comfortable beds. Easy check in, well equiped kitchen. Nice thick curtains on the windows, to allow sleeping in. Heating was very strong when turned on.

We did not receive the key code to open the lock box for the room key until after we had arrived the lodging.

The old, wooden floor in the common area is cracking a bit which is a bit disturbing during the night. The road in front of the house is also quite busy with high traffic, but generally quite during the night.

Super nice, quality rooms and apartment overall (fully equipped kitchen, etc.). Train station and old town are in about 5-10 minutes walking distance.

It's located on a big road so I guess some rooms may be a bit noisy.

Lovely and stylish villa within easy walking distance from the centre. Travellong with a family of 4, we had two bedrooms connected by a spacious living room. There was also a fully equipped kitchen, and shared toilet and shower room.

Host did not respond to questions in a timely manner (not at all - hours). Unclear check in instructions, instructions were on a note inside the appartment but hard to understand which rooms were ours (ex Aquarelle room was on another floor behind a locked door but note only said ”Aquarelle” and made us figure out the rest through trial and error) and where to park the car. Many locked doors to pass through to move between the rooms we had booked, difficult with kids, especially during night time.

Nice and clean rooms with everything needed. Good location, close to grocery stores and 10 min walk into the very center of town.

The only drawback was that the Wi-Fi only worked for our Apple products (one iPhone and two iPads), but not for any of our Android devices (two phones and one tablet).

Villa HanseART is lovely. We were greeted on arrival and despite the language barrier, felt welcome. The facilities are bright, spacious and nicely decorated. We were very comfortable. It was extremely clean for a shared accommodation. We appreciated being able to store our food in the fridge and cook in a decently stocked kitchen.
