1. There is a balcony, but you cannot smoke on it, otherwise you will get a fine! But this is nonsense: why a balcony?? No people live in the house opposite. and it doesn't bother anyone! This fact made the hotel very upset😒. 2. The cleaning staff speaks very loudly in the morning .3. The TV didn't work. But this is not so important.

The deposit was unexpected until after I booked and unusual. So be aware of that to factor in if you are already on a budget. More of a suggestion because the complimentary coffee is lovely. Would be nice before 8am, or some coffee in the room. I’m a big coffee drinker and an early riser. I had to go on a mad coffee hunt on my first morning as most coffee shops weren’t open either.

Really great location, only a 15 minute walk to Old Town. Basic, but clean. To be expected considering the price. Says WiFi in the lobby, but it worked fine in my room on the 4th floor. Bed was comfortable. The reception staff were really friendly.

The thermal insulation of the room was not very good, it was a little cold inside the room, the heater didn't seem to be able to handle it, nothing that would interfere with the stay, but it may not be suitable for staying in winter,

It is well located, very close to tourist attractions, there are some minimarkets around.

Stayed here for 2 nights (22-24 March) with our child and I can say it’s alright for a short stay. Close to town and can reach a lot of places on foot. We never took a public transport during our stay apart from/to the airport. Outdated but I liked that aesthetic especially the huge windows we had in our room overlooking the building at the front. When staying here, I highly recommend going to Global for breakfast which is less than 10 minutes walk I believe. They have books and delicious breakfast with huge servings. Well worth the money!

many facilities were broken or not working properly. there were no blinds. it wasnt 100% clean. fan in bathroom was VERY loud and always on automatically when you turned on the light. bathroom was flooded with every shower

It can be cleaner on the floors and the surfaces. In our tripple room there was a locked terrace exit and the window frames were very old, you could feel a little cold airflow.

The location is amazing, the prices are good, the bed are comfortable and you have everything that you need.

The wifi signal was weak and there was quite a lot of light entering the room at night.

We arrived before the check-in time and they allowed us to leave our luggage there till we could get the room. The location of the hotel is quite good and our room was spacious and clean. We also liked the breakfast. Even though they don’t serve hot breakfast, there were many products to choose from. Overall it’s good value for money.

40€ deposit paid at the reception for the rooˇ key, i found it quite strange practice. The hotel entrence door is very loud.

Simple accommodation but we did not miss anything. Free breakfast with good coffee, fresh fruit, pastries and toasts was great surprise! The furniture is old, but bathroom was nice and clean and bed was comfotable and clean which is all we needed for the short stay. Great location in the centre. The kitchenette was old and fridge was a bit loud but we didnt use it.

The bed wasn't really a double one but rather two single mattresses pushed together, but not joined, so there was a hole in the middle if either of us moved too much. There was a lot of light coming in from the street, too - some thick black-out curtains on the window would be a great solution.

The location is great, a quick walk gets you right to the centre. The room was big enough for two people, and had all the needed facilities, including a small cooking plate, basic dishes and cutlery and a fridge. We liked the brick wall detail and the handy shelf above the bed as well as having an extra single bed to use as storage surface.

There is was an old frying pen. NO WI-fi in the room (only on the first floor near the reception). There is no air conditioning in the room. The cleaning was poor, when we checked in there was hair on the bed and the floor was not clean. The trash can does not open when the button is pressed. Only one burner on the stove works well. The hotel has strict rules: you must pay 40 euros (if you have a 50 euro bill, you must give 50, but they will give you a receipt for this) a deposit for the damage in the room (in case if you will damage them), a key, a minibar and laundry. The room does not have a minibar if any case. You must wash the dishes and kitchen before leaving, otherwise there will be a fine of 500 CZK. There is no tea, sugar, salt or cooking oil in the room.

Great location and price. There is water and candy at the reception. The room has a frying pan (one), two pots, plates and mugs. Comfortable bed, tv, spacious room. Many sockets. In the bathroom there were disposable soaps and small shampoo (like a sample in a magazine). two towels per guest

The TV didn't work though the staff was so accommodating and tried to change the unit.

It was a spacious room, comfortable and clean. It also was in a good location. We could easily walk to key places.
