TV didn't work, need to buy new batteries for a remote. The door to bathroom were not fixed. Needed to lift to open them. I would add mop to the room, so you can swipe off the water from the watery bathroom after shower

We had to fill out information and walk 15 minutes with our luggage to get the keys and other 15 minutes to arrive at the apartment. It's an uphill road. There was a lot of dust and the sink was really small.

The towels provided were hand size and not enough to dry the body. The shower is also quite small and the water did not drain well. The main issue was that we were requested to pay 3/4 of the reservation in cash after the booking. Nowhere in the publication was explained that and it said payment in advance.

We were allowed to leave our bagagges before the check in and after the check out in the office. Great location.

The collection of the keys is to be done in a different location from the address of the apartment. This procedure is not written or specified anywhere and is communicated only after the reservation has been paid and confirmed. The day after leaving the apartment I received a message saying that the reservation had been canceled (!!) because the credit card didn't work. The stay had already been paid for and effected. Unfortunately I believe that this incorrect procedure was carried out for the sole purpose of making Booking.com believe that the reservation had been canceled and the stay not completed. When I asked for clarification, I was told that it was a "system error" (a trivial invented excuse). I was not answered on the Booking.com site chat but with WhatApp messages which were then promptly deleted. Who knows why... I think it doesn't take a superior mind to guess the dirty game that has been attempted.

The apartment is very comfortable, large, well heated, furnished in a modern way. The building in which it is located is not brand new but it is more than decent. The location is great, just a stone's throw from Wenceslas square. The information to reach the apartment is detailed. Person at check-in was communicative and kind.

It was +35°C in the room/apartment at times. I felt that the host/owner could have ensured that there was sufficient cooling facilities to make the stay comfortable. I slept about 8 hours total of my two night as it was unbearably hot.

I liked that it was affordable and central to the tourism areas.

You have to go to another building to get the keys to your apartment. The building is at the beginning of Wenceslas Square, which may bother especially older people. The TV remote didn't work.

The apartment was very nice, clean. Nothing was missing, well equipped kitchen. The apartment is in a quiet street, ours was on the 4th floor with elevator. Very good for exploring the city. 5 minutes from Wenceslas Square.

In my very first correspondence I let proprietors know of our time if arrival. It turned out the extra fee raised the price 35% and the pickup was at a different location than the apt. I immediately requested to cancel; they insisted I’d be fully charged. And they don’t allow check-in at all after 23:00. Our train was late so we could not get there before 23:00. Total waste of money.

Refrigerator - freezes food like a freezer . There is no trash can in the toilet . It's a small thing, but it would be nice if they could fix it.

Small apartment, located in the center. To the Prague bridge 15 minutes on foot. Public transportation, stores, restaurants, bars in 5 minutes on foot. The apartment is clean, cozy. There is a kettle, towels, stove, small refrigerator. The bed is clean and comfortable.

The fact that there was no reception and we had to go and get the keys from somewhere else was somethings we never expected.This detail was written on the Reservation paper, but we did not pay attention's understanding this situation and contacting the property was a very complicated situation

proper toiletories was not there, bath mat must be there in Bathroom, no napkins available in bathroom it must be there. it was very messy due to non availability of bathmat in Bathroom after bath or use of wash basin everything.

location to receive keys and stay both good within 7 min of walk you reach to both location... also with local transportation its easily reachable to destination.
