Located in downtown San Cristobal de Las Casas, this 4-star hotel is 3 blocks from San Cristobal Cathedral. The hotel offers a free Wi-Fi zone. We LOVED our 5-night stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, and the hotel itself is amazing. Just off the lobby area, there is a covered courtyard area with large trees in it, and you can have breakfast overlooking the courtyard. In another part of the hotel, there is a library/reading area, and on the third floor, the large terrace has lovely views of the surrounding hills and is full of potted flowers and plants. The artistic details, including many murals and beautiful decorations, add such class to this hotel. The restaurant is very good, and the service - from front desk staff to restaurant staff to the helpful staff members who opened the door to the private parking garage every time we needed to come or go - is outstanding. Would recommend this hotel without hesitation, and we would very happily stay here again.

Ideally situated in the center of San Cristobal de las Casas, this hotel is less than 3 blocks from the city's main square and offers a variety of convenient amenities for the modern traveler. Very good location, excellent staff -friendly, smiley, helpful in all we asked, from excursions' booking to facilitating a partial cancellation of our stay for reasons of force majeure. Very clean, spacious rooms and bathroom, daily cleaning service, they also offer laundry services upon request. Very good breakfast with sufficient variety of options and offers! We highly recommend it!!

They were extremely welcoming when we arrived. Most importantly, they made sure I got my tablet back when I realised that I'd left it at the last place we stayed (at 9.30pm when I was getting a shuttle at 6am to Guatamela the next day ☹️). Can't recommend them enough. Tastefully decorated, great location, clean and great value. Also the first place we've stayed in that advertises it does not tolerate discrimination of any kind and is LGBT-friendly. Wish more places did this!
