Marleny and Carlos were extremely kind and helpful, they were curious about all our activities and always ready to give advices and tips. They make you feel at home. The neighborhood is really calm and secure. Familial style square nearby with shops, cafes, bar and everything you need. Much recommended for a cheap but comfy stay in Medellin

Medellín Vibes Hostel has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and restaurant in Medellín. Boasting room service, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. My 1st day there I was able to check in early. The 2nd day there Kris the front desk clerk knew my name. I was ONLY supposed to stay 3 days there but her knowing my name and her warm welcome every time I left and came back made me stay a total of 2 weeks almost. They had a free breakfast everyday and it was so much fruits. This was great for me because I’m not a meat eater. They had plenty of options. The maids clean EVERYDAY!!! Like really clean… and you get a FRESH towel everyday! The location is amazing. You are a 10 min walk to the train and about 5min from a bus. They is a 24hr restaurant 5min from here too and the food is amazing. I’m definitely coming back! Kris is amazing!!!!

Rango Hostel Boutique features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a terrace and restaurant in Medellín. Excellent location. Several communal spaces to chill by yourself and socialize. They upgraded my room as there was availability which was amazing. They have the best staff!

VOLARE Experience features an outdoor swimming pool, garden, a shared lounge and terrace in Guatapé. It was amazing. Would recommend it to everyone!

Parcerito's Hostel in Jericó provides adults-only accommodation with a garden and barbecue facilities. There is a terrace and guests can make use of free WiFi and free private parking. The atmosphere in the hostel is super pleasant and social so it's easy to meet people. The owner Camilo was really sweet and welcome me with a smile AND some nice coffee. He is also really knowledgeable about the area so ask him for recommendations about restaurants and activities. If I had more time I would have loved to spend 1-2 nights more!

Set within 6.1 km of Lleras Park and 5.3 km of Explora Park, Pa Pasiar Hostal provides rooms in Medellín. Absolutely loved my stay here with Lina that I reserved a room two more times after. Rooms are incredibly affordable, clean and in a great location. 2 minute walk from the mall and very close to the nightlife on La 70 in Laureles. A pretty central location to get to all the other attractions in Medellín too. WAY better than staying in Poblado if you ask me! Lina is SO kind and accommodating, and felt like a motherly figure. I can't wait to return!

Casa Kayam Hostal y Residencia Artística is set in Guatapé in the Antioquia Region. This property features a unique experience, each room will provide guest with a sensory theme. This is by far the best hostel in the entire world. The staff and the owners are amazing. The place is very clean, and the location is perfect just outside the town. The vibe of the hostel is amazing, like no other. You see everyone just extending nights everyday. No one wants to leave!
