L'accoglienza e la disponibilità dello staff in tutte le occasioni, dal check in a trovarci il taxi per tutti noi. La pulizia davvero buona, quotidiana, con cambio delle asciugamani giornaliri (alcuni lo fanno ogni 2/3 giorni per motivi ecologici). Stanza per 4 premium comoda negli spazi.

Dotato di sistemazioni ispirate all'arte, il Carlton Arms Hotel si trova in un edificio di 5 piani senza ascensore a Manhattan, a 483 metri dal Madison Square Park. Room which we rented was super clean and comfortable with a private bathroom which was also clean and functional. Hotel itself is very interesting with all the murals/paintings inside it. Location of the hotel is excellent, few blocks from the Empire state building and well connected because of the near metro/bus stations. Hotel's staff was very kind to keep our luggage before the check-in on the day of our arrival and after the check-out on our departure day. We are very satisfied with out stay and would recommend it to others.
