I can’t recommend this place enough! The location is great. It is close to every attractions in Hoi An. The rooms are big and you also have a balcony. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They are always smiling and making you feel like home. They prepare fresh breakfast every morning and it is really delicious. They also offered us beer and we had a great talk on an evening. You can have for free bikes to go to the beach or Coconut Village.

Definitely a place to stay if you wanted to be near the old town and experience Hoi An culture and sceneries. Also great help from Yim in the reception. She is always helpful and very honest to where to go and cultures of Hoi An

10/10 can’t recommend highly enough. Great stay a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the town , 30 second walk from the beach, loads of great restaurants around and a few shops. The owners are lovely had loss of recommendations and always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed.

It is located right on the beach. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff, very friendly and cordial. Breakfast ok, can be better.

The Location is perfect.The room was comfortable. The staff were super cooperative, they were eager to help us in all possible ways. They arranged car pickup for us. They provide free bicycles to the guests, which I used for an early morning visit to the ancient town. A plus-point for Indian food lovers is that just on the opposite side you find an Indian restaurant.

Our stay at Vincent's home was exceptional. Vincent and his family are superb hosts, incredibly helpful and kind. Vincent provided excellent recommendations for restaurants, places to visit, and tips for currency exchange and obtaining SIM cards. The location is perfect for exploring the city, with complimentary bicycles available. The room was clean and comfortable. And tasting Vincent's mother's banana pancakes made it clear why they're mentioned in all the reviews - they're a must-try! Thank you!

Everything. The host was lovely and helped with anything that we needed. The room was a double twin and had loads of space and the beds were slighter larger than a single bed. The bathroom was very nice. And it was just a short walk to the ancient town center.
